Walking lunges with 10lb weights in each hand, 3 sets of 20 (?)

Squats on assisted squat machine with 35lbs, 3 sets of 15
Tricep dips, 3 sets of 15
Bicep curls, 20lbs, 3 sets of 15
(alternate)
Plank for 45 seconds, 3x
Today was my second weigh-in since I have started with a trainer. I did not lose any weight, however; I lost inches in my neck, chest, thighs, and calves. I'm sure the reason why I didn't lose weight is because I have not been eating clean!!!
Back to eating clean, tomorrow!!! No excuses. <3
