Workout 8/8 with trainer=killer!!

3 sets:
15 hamstring curls with ball
30 second oblique planks on each side
15 push ups

3 sets:
15 sumo squats with 25lbs
15 side lunges with 25lbs
15 bicep curls 10lbs each side
15 tricep extensions with 10lbs

3 sets:
15 assisted pull-ups
15 burpees

3 sets:
knees to elbows
